On the corner of Elmwood Avenue and West Utica sits Mode Urban Bistro. Upon entering the restaurant an attractive layout consumes you. Once seated in the dining room we were first served the Shrimp Andouille with chipotle cream and puff pastry as an appetizer. Next, the entree Pan Seared Pork Tenderloin it was both beautiful presented and filling. Other Bistro dishes include; NY Strip Steak glazed in gorgonzola butter with fingerling potatoes, Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Paillard with roasted red peppers, and Seared Duck Breast with apple cider cognac. Also, The Mode Urban Bistro offers menus for Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner as well as a wide variety of wines. Other services Bistro offers are catering and drop off service.
